When are we going to get encryption at rest for RDS (specifically MySQL)?

No clean way of doing this for Multi-AZ instances? These upgrades were supposed to be one of the advantage of having multi-az instance. I'm sure something could have been done to provide an upgrade path by using the multi-az read slaves...
