Will an i2.large instance size be offered?

There appears to be a typo in the copy:

The three largest instance types also support EBS Optimization, with dedicated network throughput from the instance to Amazon EBS.

I think you mean "smallest". i2.xlarge is EBS optimized. i2.8xlarge is 10GbE

Can I create RAID6 or RAID10 array on 8 SSDs in i2.8xlarge (preferably hw based)? If so, how?

I don't see these instances in the EC2 "Launch Instance" wizard. Are they really available? API only?
