Awesome News! This Fine-Grained Access Control is a great addition to DynamoDB.

I wonder however if it would be possible to restrict the read/write throughput using an IAM Policy? When it comes to scenarios where End-Users (e.g. mobile) are granted direct access to certain data inside DynamoDB, there has to be a way of allowing each user only a fraction of the Table's provisioned capacity... or am I missing something?

Btw, already a year ago I have posted a Feature Request for "Throttling per IAM-User" in the DynamoDB Forum: https://forums.aws.amazon.com/thread.jspa?threadID=101854&tstart=0
