When are we going to see Multi A-Z deployment with SQL Server? We need some sort of pre-packaged cluster-aware service for SQL Server like we have with RDS or Oracle. Is this on the horizon?

It's good to adopt new SQL2012 so fast. I guess there'll be increase in performance and new functionality for developers.

I have the same question as Angelo regarding Multi A-Z deployment with SQL Server. This is very important for us - my big concern is something happening with one of the Amazon data centres and I understand this has already happened. I've done a search and can see from this thread and others that this question hasn't been answered since May. Our decision to migrate to AWS is dependent upon confidence our databases can be recovered.
