Mr.Rat's script is pretty good. I would like to suggest a better and easier to implement co-branded site program by PriceComparison.com (http://www.PriceComparison.com) their partnership / co-branded price comparison site is described at http://partner.pricecomparison.com.
An example site is http://www.costs.com
Cost is only $99 and if your traffic is good they said they may waive the setup fee.
