A previous blog posting contained an email address to be used to bring Mechanical Turk issues to our attention. The preferred way to do this is now via the Contact Us page.

"Contact Us" only allows 1024 characters of text, which is generally insufficient to explain onesself in order to receive the necessary feedback instead of a script response.
Is there any way this field could be expanded?

I'm glad people are excited about this. I was excited, too, until I remembered how difficult it is to get technical support. There are a few of us having difficulty in using the original Alexa Web Information Service now that the HMAC / Base64 requirement has been enabled. We've been asking questions in the forums, but not receiving any help! Why doesn't Amazon assist CURRENT users first, and develop new products second???
