I have used book gecko for over 2 yrs now to reprice my Amazon Marketplace items. For almost 2 weeks I have been unable to contact Joey MacArthur via email , log into my software program or the bookgecko.com website. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bookgecko has not been working for over 3 months now. Yet, I was still charged $140.00 for the year via an automatic debit for this service. I have 4 different email addresses for Joey MacArthur and he doesn't respond to any of them. What a rip off!!!!
